Sterling Business Management Announces Transform to Lead: Part 2 — The Fireside Deepening Experience

Kingston, Jamaica — Sterling Business Management is pleased to announce Transform to Lead: Part 2 — The Fireside Deepening Experience, an intimate leadership forum designed to help emerging and established leaders deepen clarity, strengthen courage, and apply practical tools for their next level of influence. The virtual event will take place on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 7:00 PM (Jamaica/EST).

Following the success of the January 27 Transform to Lead Leadership Forum, Part 2 expands the conversation with a more immersive, reflective, and application‑driven experience. The Fireside Deepening Experience brings together leaders from across sectors who are committed to intentional growth, strategic thinking, and authentic leadership.

Hosted by Paulette J. Sterling, Founder of Sterling Business Management and a global leadership strategist with more than 25 years of international experience, the session will feature a fireside conversation with three Strategic Allies:
