  • Our prices depend on the level of support you’re looking for. If you’re exploring private coaching, you can start with a single clarity session or choose a multi‑session package — all of those options and their prices are listed right on the Coaching Add‑On page.

    If you’re interested in organizational consulting, pricing is customized because every institution’s needs are different. Most organizations begin with a consultation so we can understand your goals and recommend the right level of support.

  • It really depends on the kind of support you’re looking for. If you’re booking private coaching, you can choose anything from a single clarity session to a multi‑session package that spans a few weeks or a few months. Most leaders work with me for 30–90 days, depending on their goals.

    If you’re engaging organizational consulting, the timeline is customized — some teams need a short diagnostic and alignment sprint, while others partner with me over several months for deeper culture or leadership development work.

    Either way, we’ll talk through your goals and choose the rhythm that makes the most sense for your season.
