I was born and raised in Jamaica — a place where leadership is lived, not announced.

My earliest lessons in leadership didn’t come from books or boardrooms. They came from:
Watching strong women lead with quiet courage
Seeing men carry responsibility with dignity
Learning the power of community, culture, and connection

Witnessing faith in action, not just in words
These roots shaped me long before I ever stepped into a leadership role. They formed the foundation of the identity‑anchored, faith‑rooted leadership I embody today.
The Shift: When Purpose Interrupts Comfort
There came a defining moment when I realized:
I could no longer lead from pressure.
I could no longer silence my voice.
I could no longer shrink to make others comfortable.
I could no longer ignore the calling on my life.
I had to choose:
Alignment over approval
Courage over comfort
Identity over performance
Purpose over perfection
That decision changed everything.
It was the moment Sterling Business Management was born.

I didn’t choose leadership — leadership chose me.
It revealed itself in the moments when:

I created Sterling Business Management to be the space I once needed:

The Spiritual Thread: A Leader’s Story That Shapes My Own
God’s favour gives me inner strength and a mind capable of building, enlarging, and developing anything I am entrusted with. My journey has held failures and triumphs — each one shaping me into a humbler, more resilient, more grateful leader.
One biblical narrative has always spoken deeply to me: Philip and the Ethiopian Eunuch in Acts 8.
The Eunuch — a man of great authority, responsible for the queen’s treasury — reminds me of today’s senior executives, CFOs, and high‑capacity leaders. He was accountable for much, yet still hungry for understanding, clarity, and truth.
On his journey home, he studied scripture. God saw his desire to grow and sent Philip — not to replace his leadership, but to strengthen it. Philip interpreted, guided, and illuminated what the Eunuch could not yet see. His insight expanded. His perspective shifted. His next step became clear.
This story reflects my best self.
I have always been willing — and called — to help people elevate their lives, deepen their understanding, and step into their next level.
