Just a little over five months ago, I started a new journey of growth that encourages me to be more open and welcoming to friends and leaders who want to join me. I feel comfortable in a group of people who share similar values and are excited about living authentically – welcoming new insights and using them to enhance or build a better world.
Every day, I see my follower numbers grow on social media, and I feel truly humbled. It means a lot to me to know that I've played a part, even in a small way, in the journey of others, even if I never hear from them directly. In today’s fast-paced world, the journey to growth can sometimes seem like a challenging ascent. • Wednesday’s Personal Development and Empowerment: I’m on a journey of growth supported by authenticity. As I gather or create content to enhance our lives, I would love to hear some feedback on how things are going for everyone.
• Thursday’s Goal-Setting to Unleash Leadership Potential: Thoughtful posts that highlight the challenges we might face with goal setting? I offer solutions and strive to showcase strategies that help not only in setting goals but also in achieving them!
• Friday’s Leadership Empowerment: Through a friendly FAQ format, I believe it’s beneficial to reflect on and enhance our strengths, seek solutions to our challenges, and pose thought-provoking questions.
• Friday’s ‘FRI-YAY’ thought-provoking quizzes: For those of us who enjoy learning in our own unique ways, feel free to dive into quizzes, multiple choice questions, word matches, and more on topics related to key aspects of leadership, all while exploring new perspectives and ideas.

I've been working on 7-minute internet "bite-size" sessions called "A Leader's Chase for Authenticity" that talks about my own leadership journey over the years and gives real-life examples of what it means to be a leader. I always want to leave people feeling encouraged and eager to do what's best for them and get the finest results.

A 30-minute online chat ‘Chasing Authenticity with remarkable people’ —friends, family, as well as some persons many may readily know—where we talk about what it means to be real and share experiences about how we have overcome problems, made mistakes, and had successes.
